Our Guarantee is simple: Our aim is 100% Customer Satisfaction! If you are not satisfied with the service due to timing or damage, although this is rare, contractor will either fix the problem or a new contractor will be sent out at no extra charge. If a contractor does not mow on the scheduled date due to weather related occurrences, the order will be reposted for the following day. During this time feel free to cancel the service to receive a full refund.
All contractors are insured. If there is a problem with the service we should be informed no later than 48 hours after service is rendered. The contractor will return to fix the problem right away. If the problem cannot be resolved by the contractor, we will review the case and issue either a free service, or a full refund.
